  • Jeff Bezos: Jeff Bezos is the founder of the world’s largest e-commerce company i.e. Amazon. The company began its journey as a merchant of books sold online. The company has come a long way and it is now the largest online shopping retailer with the highest internet sales all over the world. On October 2017, Bezos recently became the richest person in the world on the Forbes list of richest billionaires surpassing Bill Gates.  His net worth crossed the mark of 100 billion dollars for the very first time when there was an increase of over 2.5 % in Amazon’s share price.

  • Bill Gates: One entrepreneur who has topped the list of wealthiest people on earth for the most number of years is Bill Gates. He was in the topmost position of the Forbes list of richest people continuously from 2014 to July 2017. He is the co-founder of Microsoft, the world’s largest software company launched in 1975. However he stepped down as Microsoft’s chairman in the year 2014 to primarily focus on his charitable foundation, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He has been assisting the current CEO Satya Nadella as technology adviser since then.

  • Warren Buffett: Warren Buffett, chairman and the chief executive officer of Berkshire Hathaway, an American multinational company which generates a total revenue of 223.6 billion USD is the second richest man in the United States with a net worth of $81.1 billion. Warren Buffet has decided to donate 99% of his wealth to charitable causes donating a total of 32 billion USD as of now.

  • Mark Zuckerberg: Mark Zuckerberg, the co-founder of Facebook is one of the youngest billionaires of the world with a net worth of 72.3 billion USD. He currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of Facebook.  He has been included in the list of top 100 influential people in the world since 2010, by the Time magazine. Zuckerberg has also been ranked at the 5th position of the wealthiest billionaires in the world by the Forbes magazine in the year 2017.

  • Larry Ellison: Larry Ellison is an American business entrepreneur who co-founded the software company Oracle along with Bob Miner and Ed Oates in the year 1977.
