Waking up early is one of the most difficult tasks to do for almost all of us. We try to wake up early but most of the times sleep overpowers us. It requires a lot of willpower to wake up early in the morning. Most of the times it happens that we set our alarms to wake up at early morning but when the alarm rings we waste no time to switch off the alarm or snooze it. Setting multiple alarms also does not help. When we actually wake up, we tend to regret the fact that we could not wake up at the time that we wanted to. We promise ourselves that we will wake up early from the next day but the same thing happens again.
